SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Returns Policy

You may return most new and/or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).  Please do not return damaged or defective merchandise.  Please see our sub-paragraph below addressing damaged or defective merchandise.

Once your return is received and cleared, a formal request for refund will be initiated and processed by our team. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days.  In many cases you can expect to receive your refund sooner.  Please allow us 2-3 business days to process and clear the return, and your bank 4-7 business days to process and issue the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank ASAP for details.

Prior to the return of an item or items, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items from your order to ensure a prompt refund is realized.

 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Do not return any damaged or defective merchandise. Please take a picture of the defective item, clearly showing the damage and/or flaw, and we will issue you a full refund or replacement at your request.  Please send the pic(s) to our email for team review and approval. Please include your name and the order number.  


Shipping

We ship only to the continental United States. We do not ship internationally.  All orders are eligible for free complimentary shipping. No order minimum is required.

Most orders will ship UPS Ground, USPS, or Fed Ex Ground and within 1-2-business days. You can expect to receive your order with 3-6 business days once your order ships from our facility.
